Purchases made through the Web will be sent to the shipping address indicated in the order form, not being able to correspond to a PO box or public places, such as public roads (without indicating an exact postal address) , squares, stations, airports or other similar.

Within the shipping costs we include all expenses that may arise from logistics, postage, packaging and transport costs. The shipping costs will be indicated on the Web at the time of introducing the products in the shopping cart and will depend on the day and time slot chosen for delivery and the postal code of the same.

These rates may be modified by Mi Xiaomi to adapt them to the contractual situation that Mi Xiaomi maintains at all times with the transport companies.

For your total security, all our shipments are insured, which covers any incident that may occur during transport to the address indicated on the order form.

The delivery of the orders will be made through our transport and the corresponding agencies in each case. Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the Customer, so Mi Xiaomi assumes no responsibility when delivery cannot be made as a result of the data provided being inaccurate or incomplete or when delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the recipient.

The delivery of the orders will be carried out within the periods indicated in the section Delivery and collection services, and it is considered carried out from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the user, and the corresponding delivery note is signed. In periods of special circumstances (designated dates such as Christmas, transport strikes, extraordinary events, local holidays …), shipments may suffer some delay.

IMPORTANT to check merchandise:

The customer must inspect all packaging and products at the time of delivery.

If any damage to the packaging is detected, you must register on the delivery note that the carrier will give you, and send a photo to atencionalcliente@mi-xiaomi.net to manage future possible incidents or hidden damages.

In case of damage or it is not the model purchased, the delivery staff will remove the product and we will replace it as soon as possible.

As of the signing of the delivery note, the customer assumes all responsibility for the product.

Mi Xiaomi ships in Great Britain (excluding the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands).

There are 2 delivery OPTIONS: a) delivery at street level; b) basic home delivery with start-up

Street delivery:

It is the cheapest type of delivery because the transport company does not have the obligation to take the product up to your floor. That is, the delivery is made on the portal.

In the case of needing the withdrawal of a used appliance, it is carried out in the same way as the delivery, at street level, it must be the same type as the one purchased and be packed. And very important: you have to notify us by mail to info@mi-xiaomi.net the same day you place the order to manage it with the transport company, if it is not done in time, it is not withdrawn.

This delivery is also the fastest with a period of 24-72 working hours depending on the province.

If you want to ensure delivery to your home with access to the plant, you must hire our Home Delivery Service that includes: shipping, installation and removal of the used product and packaging

Delivery with start-up:

Service available for: Refrigerators, freezers, combis, chests, wine cellars, washing machines, dryers, washer-dryers and dishwashers.

Any other type of electrical appliances not indicated as; ovens, plates, hoods, thermos … .., nor built-in appliances.

These are basic installations: they DO NOT include any type of masonry, carpentry, plumbing, gas installations etc … no matter how small. The existing cable and water connections must be sufficient and must comply with current regulations.

The shipping period will be extended to 5-9 days and is only available for; refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and Americans.

In Madrid, it is delivered in 24-48 working hours and is done on the day and time slot selected by the customer (not available for all postal codes).

In the case of having contracted this service and requiring removal of the old appliance, it is necessary that the product is of the same type as the one purchased and is packed.

The services offered by Mi Xiaomi are always associated with a device and only those that appear on the delivery note will be performed.

Electrical connection, water and drainage (if necessary): In refrigerators and freezers, immediate connection to the electrical network is not possible as they require 3 to 4 hours of rest.

EXCEPTIONS:

If the appliance does not fit in the elevator or the stairs, the ascent to the floor will not be made.

If delivery is required by crane, the cost of it will be borne by the customer.

In the integrable products that incorporate a panel, its assembly or disassembly is not included.

The transfer service from another device to another room or address is NOT included.

NO additional work is done such as removing doors or furniture that prevents access.

The withdrawal is conditioned to the fact that the device is disconnected from the water and / or electricity connection and is of the same type as the one purchased, our technicians will collect the device without having to be packed and fill in the documentation sheet for you.

In case of not being able to carry out the installation for the aforementioned reasons, the reimbursement of the contracted services will not be made and the product will be returned to the warehouse, the customer assuming the return costs.

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

It is very important that at the time of receipt of the order the customer inspects all packages and in case of any damage, it must be recorded on the delivery note that returns signed to the delivery staff. The customer can also reject the product noting the cause on the delivery note, and if he communicates it to us as soon as possible, we will try to replace it, in the shortest possible time.

By signing the delivery note, the customer assumes responsibility for the product. In the specific case of street-level delivery, the customer assumes any incidents that may occur, both when going home and when installing the product.

In case of hidden damage inside, you must notify it within a maximum period of 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the order at your home. Outside this period, Mi Xiaomi is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.

The order must be prepared for its return in its original packaging within a maximum period of 24 hours from the moment of notification of the damage at the place of delivery selected by the customer at the time of ordering.

In any case, the notifications will be made by one of the means indicated in the “CONTACT” section.

The corresponding refund will be made by the same means that the purchase was made.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Client will have the right to withdraw from the contract, without having to justify their decision, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the moment they receive their order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact Mi Xiaomi RETAIL, S.L .. to indicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. In all returns, and once the product has been received at our facilities, the item is carefully examined by our technical team. If it is found that the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered to the Customer, or if it has only suffered deterioration from normal use, Mi Xiaomi will refund the customer the full price paid when purchasing the product, except as provided above regarding shipping costs.

If wear or deterioration is detected due to improper handling, the absence of any type of accessory, part or element or if for any other reason the client cannot return the product to Mi Xiaomi or the return is partial, we will contact with the Client to agree on the compensation that corresponds to Mi Xiaomi for the corresponding damages.

For the return of the product it is necessary to keep the original packaging. In the event that the return is made without the original packaging or with damage, the amount that will be paid to the Customer for the return of the product will be reduced by the corresponding amount. To make the return correctly, the Customer must ensure that the product is properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer any damage during transport.

The corresponding refund will be made by the same means that the purchase was made.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

We remind you that there are a series of exceptions in which there is no right of withdrawal, contemplated in art. 103 of the TRLGDCU, these assumptions being:
