In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the repair, replacement, price reduction will be carried out. or termination of the contract as appropriate, being in any case free for the user, who will not have to bear the necessary expenses incurred to correct the lack of conformity of the products with the contract (especially shipping costs), nor the costs related to the labor and materials used in the repair, if applicable.

All the products that Mi Xiaomi sells include the official manufacturer’s warranty, which is responsible for correcting any lack of conformity of the products sold that appears within two years from delivery. For their part, the user must inform Mi Xiaomi of the lack of conformity of the product purchased within two months of becoming aware of it.

Most manufacturers have effective repair services close to your home or through their online support and even on-site at your home. Many incidents are solved by following the guidelines indicated on said media without having to return the product.

We strongly recommend that you consult the documentation of your product or the manufacturer’s online support, which will indicate the contractual data of your guarantee, problem solving, steps to follow, deadlines, coverage, etc.

Mi Xiaomi will limit itself to applying the conditions established in the guarantees of each manufacturer.

Regarding buyers who are not considered consumers according to the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the guarantee contemplated by the manufacturer of each product will be applicable in the terms and with the conditions and limitations that the manufacturer indicate in each case.

Attention: The purchase of a product by a consumer that is intended for a commercial, business, trade or profession will lose the warranty.
